About the Patriots

The Post 6 Patriots have been a force in Delaware American Legion Baseball since they rejoined the league in  1999 under the direction of former Seaford HS Standout Gary Waller.

They sponsored the Delaware State Tournament (2001), which they won and ran a 4th of July Tournament for several years.

They now enjoy support from their sponsoring American Legion Post, one of the more active posts in Southern Delaware. Post 6 is no stranger to Legion Baseball - they sponsored teams in the league prior to 1970.

They play their home games at Seaford HS, on of the finest high school fields in the state - the center field fence is 391 feet from home.

The Patriot's players come from the Delmar, Indian River, Laurel, Seaford, Tech and Woodbridge High Schools.
